Abstract
Proposal for the production and marketing of eggs for hatching and of farmyard poultry chicks (Codified version)
If a piece of legislation has been amended more than ten times the Commission now brings all of these seperate pieces of legislation into one version, for the sake of clarity. This is known as codification, and theoretically no substantive changes should be made. However, human error being what it is, if you are affected by regulations relating to eggs and poultry production it is worth checking it through to make sure that nothing additional has crept in.
