You can browse our database of new EU proposed legislation. Our database includes all current acts that have been formally issued by the European Commission, but not yet been adopted and passed into law, and are therefore still subject to debate.

The legislation on our site is divided firstly into Directives and Regulations, and then categorised by year of publication. You can simply browse the various lists, or use our search facility.

Free Alert Newsletter

We provide a regular FREE Alert e-newsletter to all our registered users. This details all new Directives and Regulations being issued by the EU and allows you to spot early on the ones that might affect you.

We won't bombard you - frequency varies depending upon the time of year (don't expect anything in August, for example, the EU shuts down!), but is usually weekly or bi-weekly.
