You can browse our database of new EU proposed legislation. Our database includes all current acts that have been formally issued by the European Commission, but not yet been adopted and passed into law, and are therefore still subject to debate.
The legislation on our site is divided firstly into Directives and Regulations, and then categorised by year of publication. You can simply browse the various lists, or use our search facility.

All proposed acts are manually assessed and indexed by applicability.
Our keyword index catalogues acts in both broad terms as well as highly
specific terms. For example, a search for "business" will deliver acts
that are likely to affect businesses in general, e.g. business
regulation. Similarly a search for "environment" will deliver those
acts that may have some environmental impact.
To find all the acts that might affect you, we recommend you try a
variety of keywords, both broad generic terms, and terms specific to
your particular interests.
