European Law Monitor Training

European Law Monitor Training is a specialist EU training provider, providing training to legal professionals, businesses and NGOs on all aspects of Community law and policy.

European Law Monitor is accredited as an external CPD provider with the Solicitors Regulation Authority and therefore Continuing Professional Development Hours or points may be claimed as indicated from The Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Training for legal professionals:

European Law Monitor provides CPD training in all aspects of European Law and its application. Courses are primarily aimed at solicitors (for which CPD points may be claimed), but are also suited to in-house legal professionals seeking to keep up to date with the latest EU legislation.

Course are usually run at our premises in Eastleigh, but we can also run courses at your offices. As well as running pre-defined standard courses, we can also provide courses tailored to your own specific training requirements.

We present standard courses on UK and EU law and policy aimed at the needs of businesses and business managers.

UK Business Law Training

Courses range from basic contract law through to employment law. All our business law courses are intended to give you a basic practical knowledge of the topic to help you more clearly understand your legal rights and obligations during the day-to-day running of your business.

EU Business Law Training

This may be be the legal practicalities of trading across EU borders - dealing with debt recovery, or competition law and product distribution conflicts, for example - or areas of EU law that directly apply to UK businesses such as EU social and employment policy.

We present both standard and bespoke courses on UK and EU law and policy aimed at the needs of not-for-profit and non-government organisations.

Courses can range from basic overviews of EU law and policy areas, to sector specific topics.
