The UK is now a third country
At 11 o'clock last night, the UK came to the end of the transition period and it's relationship with the EU is now governed by the EU-UK Withdrawal Agreement and the Trade and Cooperation Agreement agreed on the 24th December 2020.
A sad day for many, and a good day for others. The reality of Brexit starts now, and European Law Monitor will be measuring the reality of Brexit against the rhetoric.
